For a modest fee, our service engineers will attend your property and immediately set out to find the fault within your digital television system, by performing a range of tests to find the exact cause of interruption to your television viewing.

If upon our diagnosis, we find that your digital aerial or satellite dish has become mis-aligned (which can be caused by weather, birds, loose fittings etc), or, a connection within your system has become disconnected (for example, a cable into your amplifier), our engineer will rectify the fault at your property, and no further equipment should be required.

Unfortunately, in some instances it isn't as simple as this, and you may require a connection or component to be replaced due to it being unrepairable. In these instances, upon our engineer finding out this is the case, they will inform you of the fault whilst at your home, and provide you with a costing should you wish our engineer to replace the faulty equipment whilst there.
